Jeremy Rothe-Kushel Does the Captain May Routine

I just love this crap. Note in particular that the March 11, 2004 bombing in Madrid was not precisely 911 days after 9-11; it was 912. Kudos to JREF forum member Knife Fight Colubus, who did the videotaping.

wouldn't that depend on what time zone you're in? are we using greenwich mean time? has the 24 hour clock been debunked?

i was wondering which theory is most popular with debunkers; either the miliarty industrial complex is too stupid to execute false flag terror attacks on the US, or the military industrial complex is too nice to execute false flag terror attacks on the US?
thoughts on either of these?

Anonymous, no. 912 days is 912 days no matter where you are on Earth. Time zones don't matter.

There's no temporal anomaly I know of where the passage of 912 days only amounts to 911 days on any calendar.

There, debunked for you? Or do you fail a logic and common sense?

I think most sane and rational people would choose neither. Rather, they would say that a false flag terror attack that did get executed would be quickly exposed by internal whistleblowers (who were not hired after the fact) and by people who are not verifiable crackpots.

No idea what an "oath keeper" is.

But we find with Twoofy Twoofers that whenever they spew their garbage others within their ranks will accuse sane people of focusing on them.

"Hey! We're not all no-planers!"

"Hey! We don't all believe in numerology!"

"Hey! We're not all Holocaust deniers!"

"Hey! We don't all believe in Space Beams!"

"Hey! We don't all murder our wives/fathers/security guards at Holcaust museums!"

No, we don't think all of you fit into those categories but most of us believe you are rag-bag of completely contemptible nuts.

From what I've seen on the net, a lot of folks hang their collective hats on that one, that is, 'there's no way such an operation, such a plot, could remain a secret; a leak or a witness would have blown the lid off the whole thing.' I contend that that is a shallow argument made by people that haven't thought it through.

the ol 'whistleblower-slash-leaked-memo-to-the-rescue' theory. Tell me how that goes. Seriously. Who is this whistleblower, and what does he/she say that'll just blow the lid off this thing? Or, what's on the memo that would do the same?

I'm guessing it would be someone who knew about the plan, and could testify that there had in fact been a conspiracy to make it, or allow it, to happen.

Now, I'm under the impression that, assuming there was a conspiracy at all, the actual planners would be a fairly small group.

But here's an idea that I think would be good to introduce here. It's the concept, perhaps you've heard of it, of compartmentalization.

I'd say it's reasonable to argue that, for the most top secret operations, not that many people know all the details. In fact, I'd argue that not only would there be many players who didn't know all the details, but that there would be a large number of participants – in many of the actions that comprised the operation – who wouldn't even know that they were part of an operation. Put another way, I'd think that a lot of people in a big operation would just be doing what they normally do on a regular basis: follow orders from their superiors.

Now, let's keep in mind that the goal of the particular operation we're talking about, our presumed 9/11 conspiracy, was nothing less than the spectacular murder of 3,000 or so innocent American civilians. I dare say this goes way beyond 'top secret'. It's more in the realm of, 'highest high crime in US history'; and as such, I think it's also fair to say that efforts to keep it as secret as possible would be equally unprecedented. If compartmentalization is business-as-usual for intelligence operations, then that practice would be taken to the most extreme form possible for this operation. We're not talking here about some sleazy kick-back scheme, or bribery, or a sex scandal. 'Hey, everybody does it' is probably a reasonable, if despicable, thing to think if your involved in one of those. And if you're involved in one of those, you're still going to take precautions not to get caught. But you're probably not going to be truly extreme about it – the precautions, the security – because you know that even if you get caught, 'hey, everybody does it', and while you might lose your seat in congress or wherever, you're not looking at the possibility of being found guilty of mass murder and high treason. If I and everybody else who suspects a conspiracy around 9/11 are right, the guys we're talking about knew very well that what they were planning was absolutely unprecedented, absolutely brutal (but 'ultimately for a good cause', of course), and if they were found out, they would go down in history as the worst criminals the United States had every seen. Not to mention being turned from the most powerful men on the planet into powerless prisoners, despised by the entire world. In short, they knew the stakes were as high as stakes can get. The idea that they'd leave anything to chance – like documenting on paper anything that would specifically acknowledge a conspiracy – is ludicrous.

No. What you have written is ludicrous.

You are saying that regular criminals don't cover up their crimes very well because their crimes are really regular.

But 9/11 must have been an uber-plot so the Bush Administration (or the international bankers, or the Bilderbergers, or Bohemian Grovers, or the Jews, or the Illuminati, or whatever combination) decided to work much harder than regular criminals to cover up their crimes.

In other words more absurd ad hoc rationalizations of an already absurd theory complete with ZERO EVIDENCE.

In fact you are even asserting that ZERO evidence for your theory is evidence for your theory as you can say, "Do you see, that proves how good the cover-up was!"

Do you know why you believe that conspiracy theory? Because it's in sync with your extreme right wing views.

How many people would have been involved in that conspiracy? How many scientists? All of Wikipedia?

Unbelievable. I mean... such a complex, convoluted, overarching conspiracy that would have involved hundreds of thousands of people? Somebody would have talked!

Oathkeepers=Teabaggers=right-wing loons, so probably not. Most truthers are liberal or libertarian. Most debunkers are Rethuglicans...like the ones who run this blog.

But nice try.
